This is a directory of adult creators, and it's built to be safe for the people listed on it. Here is exactly how it works, so you can hold us to it.

Labels come from creators, not from us

A creator appears in the trans women, trans men or nonbinary hub only because they describe themselves that way on their own OnlyFans profile. Each card shows the specific words that creator used — if someone writes “transfem” or “genderfluid,” that is what you see, not a category we flattened them into.

We never guess

We do not infer anyone's gender from a photo, a name, a username or the kind of content they post. If a profile doesn't state an identity, that creator isn't placed in an identity hub — full stop. In practice this means our lists are shorter than they could be. That's the correct trade: a missed listing costs a creator one directory entry, while a wrong one misgenders a real person on a public page.

Pronouns work the same way. We show them only where a creator stated them, exactly as written. Where they haven't, we use their name rather than assume.

Remove or fix your listing in 24 hours

Remove me takes you off the site entirely. Fix my listing corrects your labels, pronouns or display name. Neither requires an account, an ID, or an explanation, and both are handled within 24 hours.

Removals are permanent. We keep a suppression list, so when the directory is next rebuilt you are not silently re-added. A removal that quietly reverts is worse than no removal at all.

No deadnames

We store and show only a creator's current display name. If you change your name on OnlyFans, tell us and we'll update it immediately rather than waiting for the next rebuild.

No leaks, ever

We do not host, mirror, embed or link to leaked content, and we do not accept advertising from sites that do. Every link here goes to a creator's own OnlyFans page, where they get paid. If you find something on this site that breaches that, tell us and it comes down.

Why there are no city pages

Other directories organize creators by city, and we deliberately don't. A page listing the trans people in a specific town is a targeting tool, and building one would put the people we list at risk for the sake of some search traffic. We organize by identity and by what creators post instead. We also never publish a location more precisely than a creator publishes it themselves.

The words we use

We use the terms trans people use for themselves: trans woman, trans man, nonbinary, queer, LGBTQ+. We don't use slurs or outdated clinical language for trans people anywhere on this site — not in headings, not in image descriptions, not in the hidden text search engines read — even where those words carry real search volume. That rule is enforced automatically: the site fails to build if one slips in.

We also don't describe anyone's body or medical history as a way of explaining what trans means. Surgery and hormones are nobody's business, and they aren't a category.

This is an adult site

Everyone listed here is an adult creator publishing on OnlyFans by choice. We write about sex work plainly and without apology, and we don't moralize about the people who do it.
