Free listing, no password, no account, no ID. You tell us your labels and pronouns; we publish exactly that. Change your mind any time and you're gone for good — we keep a suppression list so you never get re-added.
How to get listed
- Email onlytranslgbt@gmail.com from any address, with your OnlyFans username.
- Tell us the labels you want shown (for example: trans woman, transfem, bisexual, t4t) and your pronouns, if you want them displayed.
- We publish what you sent, word for word. We don't add labels you didn't ask for and we don't edit your wording into ours.
What appears on your card
Your display name, your @username, your avatar, your subscription price, and the labels and pronouns you gave us. Your card links straight to your OnlyFans page — we don't host your content, we don't re-upload your photos, and we never strip a watermark.
What we will never do
- Guess your gender from your photos, your name or your username.
- Publish a former name.
- Put you on a page organized by your city or town.
- Link to leaked copies of your content, or take money from sites that do.
- Use slurs or outdated clinical terms anywhere on the site, including in hidden text.

Already listed and something's wrong?
Fix my listing corrects your labels, pronouns or display name. Remove me takes you off entirely. Both are handled within 24 hours, and neither asks you to justify it.
Paid placement
Listings are free and always will be. We also sell a small number of promoted slots — those carry a visible “Ad” label wherever they appear, and buying one never changes how any other creator is listed or labeled. See promote your page if that's useful to you.
