What this is

OnlyTrans indexes trans, nonbinary and LGBTQ+ creators who publish on OnlyFans, so they can actually be found. Mainstream directories either bury these creators in a single catch-all category or label them with words they'd never use for themselves. This one is organized around how creators describe themselves.

We're independent, and not affiliated with OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited. We host no content — every card links to a creator's own page, where they get paid.

How a creator ends up here

Creators appear in the trans women, trans men or nonbinary hubs only when they describe themselves that way on their own public OnlyFans profile. We never infer identity from a photo, a name, a username or the kind of content someone posts. Where a profile is ambiguous, that creator is left out of the identity hubs entirely rather than guessed at.

That means our lists are shorter than they could be. It's the right trade: a missed listing costs a creator one directory entry, while a wrong one misgenders a real person on a public page.

Corrections and removals

Any creator can correct their listing or be removed within 24 hours, with no account, no ID and no explanation required. Removals are permanent — we keep a suppression list so nobody is silently re-added when the directory is rebuilt. The full policy is on our commitment page.

Content policy

This is an adult directory and it is for people 18 and over. Everyone listed is an adult creator publishing on OnlyFans by choice. We don't link to leaked content, and we don't take money from sites that traffic in it.

Questions, corrections and takedown requests all go through the pages linked in the footer. We answer listing requests within 24 hours; everything else as fast as we can.
